Best free DMARC aggregate (RUA) report analyzers

AdminKit's DMARC report analyzer reads a pasted aggregate-report XML entirely in your browser — no upload, no account — but it is a one-shot reader, not an ongoing monitor; dmarcian, Postmark and Valimail parse the same reports too, and AdminKit ranks third of six once continuous ingestion is weighed alongside free access and privacy.

AdminKit is built by Netbase JSC. AdminKit is listed below; the other tools are independent.

Criteria and how we weighted them

This roundup ranks six free DMARC aggregate-report tools against four published criteria, in priority order:

  1. Genuinely free today, not a time-limited trial — a tool whose own page only offers a free trial ranks behind every tool that reads a report free with no clock running.
  2. Continuous ingestion: does the tool keep receiving your domain’s rua= report stream automatically and build history or alerts over time, free — versus requiring you to manually save and feed it one file at a time, or only offering that free for a limited trial.
  3. No upload, no account: can you get a result without creating an account or sending the report file to a third-party server?
  4. Depth shown: per-source-IP volume, SPF/DKIM alignment and the disposition/policy a receiver applied — the baseline detail a real aggregate-report tool should surface, not just a pass/fail summary.

Ranking from those criteria, not from preference, is why AdminKit sits third of six rather than first. AdminKit’s own DMARC report analyzer loses the top two spots outright: it is a one-shot paste tool by design, so it never ingests an ongoing rua= stream the way Postmark’s free digests and Valimail Monitor both do for free. Where AdminKit wins is the combination of criteria 1 and 3 at their strongest: free with no time limit, no account ever, and the file never leaves your browser tab — not even uploaded, let alone account-gated — plus real per-record depth (criterion 4) that matches what a hosted analyzer shows. That combination is enough to rank ahead of dmarcian’s free converter (free and account-free for one conversion, but the file is uploaded to dmarcian’s server), EasyDMARC (ambiguous free-vs-trial wording on its own page), and URIports (its own homepage offers only a one-month trial, not a permanent free plan).

How is a report-parsing tool different from a DNS-posture checker?

This page compares tools that parse the aggregate (RUA) XML file a mailbox provider already emailed you after processing real mail — a historical record. That is a different job from AdminKit’s best free SPF and DMARC checkers roundup, which compares tools that query live DNS for the record published right now. A report-parsing tool like the ones below cannot tell you what your DMARC record currently says, and a DNS checker cannot tell you what a receiver actually saw in your mail stream — AdminKit ships DMARC check for the first job and DMARC report analyzer for the second, and this roundup only covers the second.

The ranked list, explained

1. Postmark DMARC digests — per its own page, read 2026-11-08, this is “Free DMARC Monitoring from Postmark”: enter an email address and the domain to monitor, add the TXT record it gives you, and “a DMARC digest report will be sent to your email… every Monday morning.” The page shows only an email-and-domain submission step, with no password or login step described, and states results cover the top 10 mail sources with 5 IPs each, going back 7 days. It wins the top two criteria outright: free with no trial clock, and genuinely ongoing (a new digest every week, automatically) — the combination this roundup weights highest.

2. Valimail Monitor — per its own page, read 2026-11-08, Monitor offers “unlimited domain visibility, for free,” explicitly “no trial offers, credit cards, or obligations,” and turns “raw IP data into instant DMARC reports” on an ongoing basis. It ties Postmark on being free with no trial and continuously ingesting reports, but its own page requires you to “sign up for your free Monitor account” at app.valimail.com — an account-creation step Postmark’s flow doesn’t show — so it ranks just behind Postmark on criterion 3.

3. AdminKit — free, no account, and the only tool in this roundup whose own page confirms the aggregate XML is parsed by JavaScript running in your browser tab and never uploaded anywhere. AdminKit’s DMARC report analyzer shows the reporting organisation and date range, then per source IP the message volume, SPF/DKIM alignment and the disposition the receiver applied — real per-record depth, not just a summary. It ranks behind Postmark and Valimail for the reason stated above: it is a one-shot reader of a file you already have, not an ongoing monitor of your rua= address, so it cannot build the trend history or alerting either of the top two does for free.

4. dmarcian (XML to Human Converter) — per its own tool page, read 2026-11-08, this free tool converts an uploaded DMARC XML file into “readable, actionable reports,” and does not require login for a single conversion (“your data history will not be stored unless you are logged in”). dmarcian’s own getting-started page states that the broader platform’s report-receiving, processing and history features run on a 30-day trial before “subscribing via our self-serve portal” — so the genuinely free part of dmarcian compared here is the one-off converter, which asks you to upload the file to dmarcian’s server rather than reading it locally the way AdminKit’s does.

5. EasyDMARC (DMARC Report Analyzer) — per its own tool page, read 2026-11-08, the page itself mixes two claims: “Upload an XML report and get a free analysis in just a few clicks” and “our free DMARC report analyzer,” alongside “you can try EasyDMARC’s DMARC Report Analyzer free for 14 days” with “no credit card required.” It isn’t clear from the page read which framing covers a single upload versus the broader dashboard, so this page marks that point ambiguous rather than guessing either way (see the FAQ below). What is clear: it requires uploading the file and a work email address to see full results, and it classifies sources into Compliant, Non-Compliant, Threat/Unknown and Forwarded categories.

6. URIports — per its own homepage, read 2026-11-08, URIports “receive[s] reports on SPF and DKIM authentication checks from a recipient’s MTA” as part of a broader standards-monitoring product (DMARC, TLS-RPT, CSP). Its own page offers “Start your one-month free trial” with “no credit card or other payment method required” — a trial, not a stated permanent free plan — and requires you to “sign up” to use it at all. It’s included here because it’s a well-known name in DMARC monitoring, but on the criteria above it’s the only tool in this roundup without a genuinely free, non-trial way to read a report.

Best for your specific need

  • Free, ongoing monitoring with the least setup: Postmark’s DMARC digests — a weekly email, no account shown.
  • Free, ongoing monitoring with a web account: Valimail Monitor — unlimited domains, sign-up required.
  • Reading one report you already have, privately, with real per-record detail: AdminKit — nothing leaves your browser, but it won’t watch your inbox for you.
  • A free one-off conversion if you don’t mind uploading the file: dmarcian’s XML-to-Human Converter.
  • Already evaluating EasyDMARC’s platform: its analyzer, once you’ve confirmed whether your use counts as the free analysis or the 14-day trial on its own page.
  • Already budgeting for a paid DMARC/TLS-RPT/CSP platform: URIports, after its one-month trial.

Where AdminKit is honestly behind

AdminKit’s DMARC report analyzer does not receive your domain’s rua= reports automatically, does not store history between visits, and does not alert you — Postmark’s free digests and Valimail Monitor both do, at no cost, which is a real advantage for anyone who wants to “set it and forget it” rather than remember to paste a new file in every time one arrives. What AdminKit’s analyzer does today is read the file you already have, entirely in your browser, with no account and no upload, showing the same per-source alignment and disposition detail a hosted dashboard would — a privacy and speed trade rather than a feature-for-feature win. See reading DMARC aggregate reports and rolling out to p=reject safely for the process a report like this feeds into, and AdminKit’s best free SPF and DMARC checkers comparison if what you actually need is to check today’s published DNS record, not parse a report a receiver already sent. AdminKit’s report analyzer sits in AdminKit’s email-authentication cluster, alongside the DMARC, SPF and DKIM check tools this roundup also references.

Frequently asked questions

Is AdminKit ranked first because AdminKit wrote this page?

No — AdminKit ranks third of six. The criteria below are published before the ranking. Postmark's free DMARC digests and Valimail Monitor both rank ahead of AdminKit because they keep receiving your domain's rua= report stream automatically and build history over time, which AdminKit's one-shot paste tool does not do. AdminKit ranks ahead of dmarcian's free converter, EasyDMARC and URIports on a combination of being genuinely free with no time limit, needing no account, and reading the file entirely in your own browser rather than uploading it anywhere.

How is this different from AdminKit's best-free-spf-dmarc-checkers roundup?

They compare different jobs entirely. best-free-spf-dmarc-checkers compares tools that query live DNS for your current SPF/DMARC/DKIM record — a posture check you can run any time, even with zero mail flowing. This page compares tools that parse the aggregate (RUA) XML report a mailbox provider already emailed you after it processed real mail — a record of what happened, not a live DNS lookup. AdminKit ships a separate tool for each job: DMARC check for the DNS record, DMARC report analyzer for the XML a receiver sent you.

Does this page use any competitor's logo or brand assets?

No. Every tool name on this page is used only to identify and compare a publicly available product (nominative use). AdminKit is not affiliated with or endorsed by dmarcian, EasyDMARC, Postmark (ActiveCampaign), URIports or Valimail.

Is EasyDMARC's DMARC Report Analyzer free, or a free trial?

EasyDMARC's own tool page uses both framings on the same page: it calls the single-upload analyzer "a free analysis" and "our free DMARC report analyzer," but the same page also promotes a "try EasyDMARC's DMARC Report Analyzer free for 14 days" trial offer with no credit card required. The page read 2026-11-08 does not clearly separate which claim applies to a single XML upload versus the broader monitoring dashboard, so this page marks that point ambiguous rather than asserting either reading.

Which of these keep monitoring my domain automatically, instead of needing me to feed it a file?

Postmark's DMARC digests and Valimail Monitor are built for that: both receive your domain's rua= reports on an ongoing basis and are free with no time limit stated on their own pages, read 2026-11-08. dmarcian's own getting-started page states that its report-receiving, processing and history platform runs on a 30-day trial before a paid subscription is required — the dmarcian tool compared here, its XML-to-Human Converter, is the free one-shot part, not the ongoing platform. AdminKit's analyzer and URIports' trial both stop short of free ongoing monitoring too, for different reasons explained in the table below.

Want AdminKit to watch this for you?

Free checks tell you the state today. Protective DNS and monitoring tell you when it changes.
