Everything AdminKit shows you — tool results, scores, explanations, guides, tutorials, comparisons and recommendations — is general information to help you decide for yourself. It is not a security audit, a guarantee, or professional advice, and you use it entirely at your own risk.

1. Scope

This Disclaimer applies to adminkit.net, every free tool, the AdminKit API and MCP server, apps, extensions, integrations, reports, emails, badges and all written content published by AdminKit, a brand of Netbase Enterprise Solutions and Applications Joint Stock Company (Netbase JSC). It forms part of the Terms of Service.

2. Information only

All content and results are provided for general information. They are not legal, regulatory, compliance, insurance, financial, engineering or professional security advice, and no adviser–client relationship is created by using AdminKit. Take advice from a qualified professional before relying on any of it for decisions that matter to you.

3. Not a security audit

AdminKit observes systems mostly from the outside and through the signals you give it. A clean result does not mean a system is secure, compliant or free of vulnerabilities, and a warning does not prove that a system is compromised. AdminKit does not perform penetration testing, forensic investigation or certification, and it cannot see traffic inside your network unless you install something that observes it.

4. Accuracy and limits

Results can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, for example because:

  • DNS records are cached or still propagating, or resolvers answer differently by location;
  • your IP address is shared (CGNAT, mobile networks, VPNs, corporate proxies) or changes over time;
  • location and network data come from third-party databases and are approximate;
  • blocklists, registries and other sources change, rate-limit or block queries;
  • networks, firewalls or devices behave differently at different times;
  • our software, rules or scoring contain errors.

Always confirm important findings yourself before acting on them.

5. Actions you take

Guides, tutorials and fix hints describe common steps that are correct to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing. Devices, firmware, routers, mail systems and DNS providers differ, and changing them can interrupt service, lock you out, break email delivery or damage equipment. You alone decide whether and how to apply any step, on systems you are authorised to manage, after making backups. You bear all risk and all consequences.

6. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdminKit and all its content and results are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults, and Netbase disclaims all warranties and representations of any kind, express, implied or statutory, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, security and non-infringement.

7. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Netbase, its affiliates, and their directors, employees, contractors and suppliers accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive — including loss of data, profit, revenue, business, reputation or goodwill, downtime, security incidents, intrusions, malware, email non-delivery, blocklisting, damage to devices, regulatory fines or penalties, or third-party claims, arising from or in connection with the use of, inability to use, or reliance on AdminKit or any of its content or results, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, it is limited as set out in section 13 of the Terms of Service.

8. AI-generated explanations

Some explanations may be written with the help of AI models. Scores and policy decisions are computed by code, and AI text is meant only to explain them in plain language; it can still be inaccurate or incomplete. Check it against the evidence shown with each result.

9. Third parties, links and comparisons

AdminKit relies on and links to third-party services, data sources and websites that we do not control and for which we take no responsibility. Comparison pages describe other products from their public information on the date shown on the page; products change, and the owners' own documentation prevails. All trademarks belong to their owners; their mention does not imply endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.

10. Badges, scores and reports

Badges (for example “Protected by AdminKit” or “AdminKit Verified MCP”), scores and shared reports reflect automated checks at a point in time. They are not a certification, warranty or endorsement, and third parties may not rely on them as such.

11. Expert services

The “Need an AdminKit expert” option and any paid expert work are governed only by a separate written agreement that defines scope, responsibilities and liability. Nothing on this site creates such an obligation.

12. Not an emergency service

AdminKit is not an incident-response or emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you believe a system is under active attack or people or critical equipment are at risk, contact your provider, a qualified incident-response team or the competent authorities immediately.

13. Mandatory law

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties or liabilities to be excluded. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions above apply to the fullest extent the law permits, and nothing in this Disclaimer limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
